Mautic is an Awesome Open-Source Marketing Automation Software!
- Mautic is very good at the tagging system.
- Mautic is very good at tracking website visitors. Visitors are first marked as unknown, however, once you get a signup Mautic automatically updates their profile.
- Setting up the email templates has required hiring a professional. The templates that are provided are not fully responsive.
- More responsive form templates are needed.
Mautic is an easy to use tool for marketing automation
- Forms are very intuitive, you don't need to be a geek, anyone can use Mautic.
- Campaign Builder is very reliable, fast, and easy to use—you have so many features to choose from.
- Emailing with just a single touch, you can set your campaigns to lunch whenever you want, A/B testing is really easy, a few customizable templates.
- Reporting can be very misleading sometimes, but you just need to get the hang of it
- When emailing, you need to know the exact time zone the server is set on, because it may not send the task when you think it would.
- We think it may have more room to add more templates, the one the platform has turned boring over time— I think it would be an interesting update.
Mautic is a solid small team player
- Cool automation and flow builder - very visual and easy to follow and understand.
- Simple to use, the interface is clean.
- Integration with Salesforce was a snap - not too difficult or involved.
- Focus items! Love this concept - Javascript flyouts with buttons and forms (if needed). Mautic is a trendsetter here!
- Both the email and landing WYSIWYG was flawed, ran into errors and glitches.
- Form actions were lacking, and simple automation from forms was problematic.
- Focus items were buggy on Mautic landing pages... had to add through Javascript, and caused issues on the page.
